Ahmet CİN
Chairman of the Board

He completed Primary School in Sakarya Karasu and secondary and high school education in İstanbul Pendik. He finished Anatolian University, School of Economics. He made his short term military service in Amasya. He took special trainings on Investment Costs, Finance, Financial Table Analyses, Simple Production. He offers service on industry sector with Mega Polymer firm making manufacturing Engineering Plastics (Teflon, Polyethylene, Polyamide, Cast Polyamide). In addition, he also presents service with a family company making manufacturing on Automotive and White Goods (sheet metal parts) to this service. He has performed member of the board in Pendikspor Club for long years. He is the member of İstanbul Chamber of Industry, İstanbul Chamber of Independent Accountant and Financial Advisors. He carries out founder president and still chairman of the Board of PESİAD (Pendik Industrialists and Businessmen) association. He is originally from Ordu, born in Sakarya and resides in Pendik more than 30 years. Cin, married and with three children knows English.       

 

Süleyman YILMAZ
Deputy Chairman

He was born in Antalya in 1952, he made primary and secondary education in Antalya. Later, He finished İstanbul Technical University (İ.T.Ü.) Faculty of Electricity. He has carried out chairman of the board of various companies for long years. He still conducts chairman of board of Şifa Health Facilities CO. (PROVATE PENDİK ŞİFA HOSPITAL). Yılmaz has also made president and member of the board of various associations and organizations. Yılmaz knowing German is married and father of two children.   

 

Şerafettin TAŞTAN
Deputy Chairman

He was born in Yozgat / Şefkatli in 1965, high school graduate, started to work in meal sector in 1982. He has established PETEK Meal Services Industry Trade Limited Company in 1997. He has entered in textile sector with bebiccino brand by founding PETEK Baby Textile Industry Trade Limited Company in 2003, still carries out chairman of the board of both companies. He has taken duty in Board of Directors of Pendikspor, İstanbul Meal Industrialists Association and Pendik Tennis Club for two periods. TAŞTAN, member of İstanbul Chamber of Industry (İSO) and İstanbul Chamber of Trade and also founder member of the board of our association is married and father of three children.  

 

Yılmaz YILDIZ
Accountant

Yıldız, born in Gümüşhane in 1960, living in İstanbul since 1965 has completed Erenköy Primary School, Göztepe Secondary School, Kadıköy Business High School and Fırat University, Faculty of Electricity in 1981. He has taken training on Policy Science in Bahçeşehir University and Local Administrations in Marmara Municipalities Union. He has made duty as engineer and manager in AEG and transformer factory for 12 years. He continues his industry and trade activity in Yıldızlar Furniture Ind. Trd. Ltd. Co., his own company as from 1988. YILMAZ, knowing English is married and father of two children.   

 

Selahattin KISKAÇ
Secretary

He was born in Malatya in 1947. He completed his Primary, Secondary and High School education in Malatya. He is the graduate of İstanbul University, Faculty of Law. After engaging in attorney and construction works for a while, he has joined to jewellery sector in 1979. Kıskaç still continuing jewellery profession has performed Chairman of Pendik Jewellers for 20 years, chairman of the Board and deputy chairman of İstanbul Chamber of Jewellers for two periods. Kıskaç is married and father of two children. 

 

Mahmut GÜÇLÜ
Member of the Board

He was born in Kars/Kağızman in 1963. He is the graduate of Kağızman High School. He has begun to trade life with Food Wholesale Business and furniture sale. He is in jewellery sector from 1986. He keeps on its activities with ALTINLALE JEWELRY and JİVAL and BENAN CLOTHING in textile sector. He is married and father of three children.

 

Sami BAYRAM
Member of the Board

He is originally from Bayburtlu, born in Pendik in 1971. He has started to business life by performing the construction business, driver course in 1990, private primary school (nursery class and primary education), Bayramlar Educ. Train. Ltd. Co. and Başaran Educ. Train. Ltd. Co. (öss-lgs-foreign language course-computer course) in  2003. BAYRAM, member of the board of PESİAD, member of the Board of Pendikspor Club, member of the Board of Marmara Region Bayburtlular Association, member of auditing Board of Pendik Traffic Foundation, Head Assistant of Sahil Mosque Association, member of AK Party Founder Board of Directors 2001, Member of Pendik Municipal Council 2004-2009 is married and father of three children.

 

Rahmi ÇAKMAK
Member of the Board

Born in Erzincan in 1964. He completed Primary, Secondary and High School education in Pendik. He engages in Construction and Construction Materials and Private Teaching Institution Business from 1985. He continues member of the board in various associations and foundations. ÇAKMAK, Founder Member of the Board of our association is married and father of four children.   

 

Hüseyin BAYRAM
Member of the Board

Born in Uzunköprü in 1967, originally from Sakarya, still resides in Pendik. The graduate of Pendik İmam Hatip High School. He has added BEŞGEN Food Ind. Trd. Ltd. Co. and BAYRAM Electronics Ind. Trd. Ltd. Co. later to his business life that he has started by establishing BAYRAM Construction Materials Ind. Trd. Lt. Co. He is still the member of the Board of these companies. BAYRAM, Committee President of İTO Hardware Group, members of the Board of Pendikspor Club and Pendik Tennis Club is married and father of three children.    

 

Muhammet KÜFREVİ
Member of the Board

He was born in Patnos in 1960. He is the graduate of Demirören Primary School, Van İmam Hatip School and Fırat University, Veterinary Faculty 1987. He has engaged in Retail Sale in Jewellery Sector between 1987-1994. 1994-1998 (he still continues it). He executes chairman of the Board of BİO-SAV HEALTH PRODCUTS SERV. AND MARK. TRD. LTD. Company that production and sale of Environment Health Medicines (pesticides), disinfection applications, garbage collection are carried out. KÜFREVİ knowing English is married and father of two children.

 

Bekir ERKUŞ
Member of the Board

Born in İstanbul in 1974. He completed his Primary and Secondary education in İstanbul. After graduating from İstanbul University, Department of English Language Teaching, he has finished post graduate program on English management at İstanbul Işık University. He has taken charge in import and sales departments of Erkuşlar CO. firm between 1992- 1998. Later, he has undertaken various duties in İnterpro CO. and Hannover Fair Business İnterpro CO. firms, organization of CEBIT information technology fair respectively. He has started offer service on digital pressing, portable stand and printed promotion materials by establishing his own firm in 2002. He has served finance and foreign trade subjects in Erkuşlar Group engaging in crane, lifting, carrying vehicles machines in 2006 as well as BE Organization firm. Erkuş, Deputy Chairman of Machine Sector Board of Independent Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association knows English and German and Italian n medium level. Erkuş is married and father of one children.

 

Nurettin KARAKAYA
Member of the Board

Born in Afyon in 1954, he has completed Primary School in Afton. He settled İstanbul in 1966, he studied Secondary School in Tuzla, later started in business life. After return of military service, he begun production as sub-industry, produced spare parts to big institutions such as Arçelik, Profilo, Mechanical and Chemical Industry, Agricultural Equipment. He carried out wholesale marketing job of durable consumer goods and LPG Gas tools, establishing NUR Trade Company in 1986. He has formed Kaynarca AYGAZ and BEKO dealership and import coal and water sale network in 1992. KARAKAYA giving logistic support to AYGAZ firm is married and father of one child.  

 

Şenol ÜÇÜNCÜ
Member of the Board

Born in Sakarya Karasu in 1978. He completed Primary and Secondary education in Pendik. He has graduated form Pendik high School in 1995. He has graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University, Civil engineering Department in 2002. He makes duty as director of the plant of Ready- Mixed Concrete Company in Pendik.

 

İsa ALBAYRAK
Member of the Board

Born in Sivas Suşehri in 1968. He completed primary, secondary and high school education in Suşehri. He has finished İstanbul University, Communication Faculty in 1992. He has carried out duty as director of promotion and public relations in a private company, made programs in a national private radio. Later, he has started in trade. He has begun to show activity in food sector with family company they have established in 1997. He still continues activities in food sector as HAKMAR, HAKMAR EKSPRES and TATBAK Factory Sales Stores. İsa Albayrak knowing English is married and father of three children.

 

Yusuf ÖZDEN
Member of the Board

Born in 1972,from Erzurum. He is the graduate from International American University,Department of Architecture.He has executed membership of Pendik Municipal council between 2004- 2009. He has become founder member of the board of our association and still member of the board. ÖZDEN engaging in fuel oil and construction sector is married and father of three children.
