To bring together industrialists and businessmen found in our region and Pendik and provide their meeting and coalescing each other.To provide develop and maintain of human relations among members. For this purpose, to organize activities, meetings, etc.

To prepare the environment of making corporate job among firms in order to increase competition power of region firms and our member firms.
to make studies especially increasing export, considering export subject is also given big importance in point of our country due to current accounts deficit.

To make information meetings on the subjects relating our industrialists and businessmen with respect to European Union process.

To give training, course and seminars for managers at every level of our member firms.
Given 61% of Pendik population is under 30 years old, to make training studies especially about intermediate staff growing.

To hold monthly regular meetings with the participation of expert persons in their subjects in order to contribute to information on current economic, political, technical, etc. subjects of firm authorized persons and our members.  

To contribute to region public in terms of economic, social and cultural points. To make cooperation with municipalities, universities, official institutions and similar private institutions.

We want to be successful and beneficial by bringing together persons and institutions seeing our association as a entrepreneur organization as well as a legal entity, having fast thinking, fast decision taking, strong observer, high dream power, relation network to reach to resources being main features of entrepreneurship, managing well especially human resources, thinking multi-dimensional, thinking independently, flexible, productive, believing in itself and being insistent.

We see that many services are remained to local administrations by governments in this period being process of accession to European Union in also in our country just like in many developing countries. Again, it is envisaged that local administrations realize local development with non-governmental organization of region. Moreover, it seems difficult to provide sustainable development without activating local dynamics.
